When the package is delivered to the requested machine, the confirmation will be sent via an sms to the given cellphone number with an password. The password is to be used at the parcel machine to able for you to open the locker door where your order is. The package will be held at the machine for 7 days.

Door to door DELIVERY by Omniva

If you value comfort and ease and receive your order without leaving your house. Or if you wish to send the order to someone as a surprise gift? The order will be shipped where it was ordered to. No matter if it was ordered home , to work or as a gift. If using courier service you can choose when the package is wished to be delivered . The date of the delivery there will be an SMS sent to the given cellphone number with an accurate delivery time. The courier delivery person will call the receiver approximately 15 minutes prior to arrival. The accuracy of the delivery time is +/- 30 minutes. If the delivery was unsuccessful the first attempt the delivery person will confirm a new time. Accordingly to the clients wishes/the receiver can also have it reversed to an automat without any additional costs.

Customs & duty

Please note that all shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Returns & exchanges

We will exchange the size and if for some reason the bracelet got damaged during delivery it will be replaced, within 30 days of your delivery day. All bracelets must be unworn and in the original package. Bracelets that are worn will not be accepted.
